The TH DH Series not only reduces downtime with user-friendly designs, but also offers powerful downtime prevention for planned downtime. Why is planned downtime essential? An unexpected shutdown can result in a longer downtime since maintenance is not anticipated or prepared for. When maintenance or media replacement is expected, IT personnel and operators can be prepared in advance to resolve it right away. This efficient approach minimises downtime and, in turn, maximises uptime for users to print difficult labels with ease.

Powerful Downtime Prevention

Self-Diagnostic TPH Care Mechanism

Auto scan and detect printhead bad dots during printing for consistent high-quality printouts avoiding bad barcode printing.

TPH Maintenance

Printhead usage is monitored, allowing the users to set alerts when the printhead distance is at a certain level depending on the working condition. IT Technicians can then know when maintenance for the printhead is needed thus extending the printhead's lifespan.

Ribbon Low Warning

The ribbon low warning feature alerts on the amount of remaining ribbon (pre-defined by user) and operators can prepare for a new ribbon before it is used up.

Internal Embedded Webpage & Virtual Control Panel

One-on-one remote printer configuration management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and security controls can be accessed through a webpage. The Internal Embedded Webpage enables SNMPv3, 802.1X and TCP/IP Port 9100 filter configurations to ensure print jobs can be completed in a secure environment for uninterrupted operations.

SOTI and TSC Console

Featuring preventive maintenance, both software tools monitor and manage printer fleets in real time. The TSC Console is equipped with TSC Sense care to predict and schedule TPH, TPH odometer, and cutter replacement. SOTI Connect’s automation rules automatically issue alerts and actions when predefined conditions are met to prevent downtime.
