All returns must be authorised by our customer service department and a Returns number obtained.
Good returned without a confirmation will be rejected.
We will not accept the return of opened goods and label printers if they are not faulty.
Faulty Goods Returns
Faulty goods can only be returned once authorised by our customer services team or the manufacturer, we reserve the right to refer you to the products manufacturer to confirm whether goods are faulty. Once an item has been confirmed as faulty by the manufacturer we will arrange for the collection of the goods.
Unwanted Goods Returns
Unwanted goods may be returned within 14 days of purchase providing they meet the following condition:
The goods must be unused in their original packaging including external boxes, all manuals and accessories, the packaging must be in pristine condition. If goods are returned and have been opened or removed from their packaging, the return will be refused.
Unwanted goods must be returned by the customer to our company address. The customer shall pay for the shipping out of their own funds.
If the return is accepted, the seller undertakes to refund the buyer within the next 3 working days or to exchange the product for another one (by agreement).
